Paluan Srl's Tube Bending department represents a strategic evolution of our production capacity, ensuring extremely high-precision machining for a wide range of industrial applications.

Thanks to our modern, state-of-the-art CNC machine, we are able to perform bending on round tubes up to Ø 90 mm with a thickness of 2 mm and on square sections up to 70x70 mm or rectangular ones up to 80x60 mm, ensuring excellent results even for complex geometries.

This technology allows us to create perfect curves, minimizing material deformation and optimizing production times. The new department integrates seamlessly with other company processes, offering customized solutions for the automotive, furniture, plant engineering, and industrial carpentry sectors.

Special processes

To complete the production cycle, Paluan Srl has integrated a department for the stamping and shearing of metal elements.

The installed presses are suitable for cold stamping, precision blanking, and metal shaping, even on pre-bent or cut elements.

This process is used for functional or structural components, often in series, intended for subsequent assembly or mechanical assembly.

Having this department in-house allows us to reduce external steps, improve quality control, and guarantee the customer a piece ready for use or welding.
