DESIGNED PROTOTYPES
ASSEMBLED PROTOTYPES
Based on the customer's needs and indications
In an era where industrial production requires ever-increasing flexibility, reliability, and rapid response to market needs, Paluan offers expertise, specialized technicians, and a department equipped to produce mechanical prototypes based on customer needs.
The design and construction of prototypes has always been the main basis for industrial mass production and for the creation of special, often unique, models that stand out for their high level of quality and technology.
Paluan, with its own technical office and a specially equipped department, is able to design and produce metal samples upon request, following the client's instructions and objectives, or creating specific projects accompanied by technical drawings.
Prototyping is a highly professional activity that requires specialized organization and the multidisciplinary technical skills of the technicians employed. Paluan creates prototypes and also studies the subsequent industrialization phases, providing the customer with a comprehensive service.

Stages of prototyping
interventions, modifications and improvements
A mechanical prototype is the first physical model of a project, built to verify the product's actual efficiency and functionality. It consists of a set of mechanical components that are assembled largely manually or using specialized machinery.
The prototyping phases include:
- Client request for a prototype with functional features and objectives.
- The technical office prepares a preliminary project to submit to the client.
- The final design of the product is established with the client.
- Creation of the model following the design instructions
- Making changes and improvements as work progresses
- The work is tested if necessary.
- Making corrections to the project based on changes made on site.
A study of the subsequent industrialization is carried out to perfect the bill of materials and improve production times and methods.
