Founded in 1979 by Mr. Augusto Paluan at the time it operated in a small room with little equipment, but then over the decades it has gone through various phases, from the first specialized productions for the industrial knitwear factories of the time, up to its affirmation as a modern reality industrial "INDUSTRIA 4.0", a technologically advanced company in the sector.

Today the company is led by the founder's son, Enrico Paluan who has not only continued the growth path with the development of new departments, but has decidedly given a high-profile technological imprint to the entire production area, allowing the quality of the products to reach the highest levels of excellence.
