PALUAN was founded in 1979 by its founder Mr. Augusto Paluan. After a first initial start-up phase characterized by specialized production for industrial maglifiers, the company gradually expanded its activity to reach today's major dimensions.

Today it is a modern company with a solid organization that arises constantly serving customers, offers a unique know-how, a precious added value to any business.

For several years the reminiscences have passed on to the son of the founder Enrico Paluan, who continued the path of growth through huge investments. Paluan is a medium sized company with the established organization able to best perform any order in the industry.

From an organizational perspective, the company is equipped with all the features to help you ensure timely management of contracts in relation to the objectives. The organizational structure is equipped with a high flexibility and a layout of establishments that favors spaces to better facilitate the displacements.

Paluan's technical office deals with both the technical and organizational aspects of production. The activities include the acquisition of the contract documents, the realization of the processing cards for departments and machines and the programming of the production departments.

The company has an advanced computer system, an informatics complex with software useful to the technical management of the processes and the design of special pieces.

No product comes out of PALUAN without careful checking; quality checks take place at all stages of the production process and start from raw material discharge, to working machines, to the warehouse of finished products.
